About Us
Heart and Hand Assisted Living and In-Home Care is a family-owned business located in El Centro, California. Situated on one acre, the house and gardens are a welcome respite for our residents. We employ CNAs as well as home caregivers. Although we are a non-medical facility, every care giver is well-trained, as well as screened. Each is bonded and insured, and is required to have a background check and drug test performed as a condition of employment.
The owners, Patty McGrew and her daughter, Jennifer Thomason are actively involved in the day to day operations.

Jennifer has a Masters in Social Work and has a good working relationship with medical professionals throughout the Imperial Valley.
Susie Nickel
Susie is the in-home care coordinator for Heart & Hand, a former RN the Germany native will be responsible for visiting and assisting in-home
care clients regularly.
